Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for all clients, please review the cancellation policy below:
đź“… Cancellations & Rescheduling
• I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service(s).
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit before booking future appointments.
đź’ł Deposits
• A deposit may be required for certain services or new clients. This deposit will go toward your final service total but is non-refundable if canceled within the 24-hour window or for no-shows.
⏰ Running Late?
• Please contact me if you are running late. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled and may result in a late fee or partial service.
